Bobbi Bell-Bartholomew has served the Equal Opportunity Division of the Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) for over 20 years. She will walk through the process of becoming certified with the State of Ohio.  Certification is necessary to bid on contracts for products and services.  This training will be most beneficial for those seeking to expand their business opportunities.
