Powered for Growth — with The Superior Group
The Superior Group, in partnership with your Columbus Urban League, has launched Powered for Growth, in an effort to fill in-demand electrical and tech construction jobs—including roles for individuals who are brand new to the industry.
Opportunities through this partnership include day one wages of $15-18 per hour as a construction wireman, with increased wages for an apprentice in years 1-5 and up to $37.50/hour for a journeyman in year 6 and beyond. This includes training (even if brand new to the industry) in collaboration with IBEW union and NECA trade association. Health and welfare benefits are also available.
The Superior Group and CUL have joined forces because these are in-demand jobs and careers that will last a lifetime and provide great growth opportunities.
