Work Readiness Training University (WRTU)

Work Readiness Training University focuses on four key development foundations, all intended to help our young people for the careers coming to Columbus and beyond: Empowerment, Innovation, High-Performance, and Equity & Justice. In addition, in 2024 we launched the WRTU Fellows program, with an inaugural class of 27 youth.

With support from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, our great sponsors and our many employer partners, WRTU participants are paid for their summer involvement!
