Work Readiness Training University (WRTU)

Welcome to WRTU Summer 2024!

Curriculum for the 2024 Work Readiness Training University will focus on four key development foundations, all intended to help our young people for the careers coming to Columbus and beyond: Empowerment, Innovation, High-Performance, and Equity & Justice. In addition, we will be launching the WRTU Fellows program.

WRTU participants are paid for their summer involvement!
