Family Friday - Southside Head Start @ Southside Head Start Academy

CUL Southside Head Start has set aside one Friday each month to celebrate Family Day! On “Family Day” each individual child will be accompanied by a family member to attend special themed programming for 2.5 hours. Examples include; Literacy fair, Art Show, or Science Fair.

Family day incorporates hands-on activities for parents (or other family members) and the child to do together. We also take advantage of this time to host our monthly parent meeting which will include updates on program information and a guest community speaker.

If your child is enrolled at our Southside Head Start center, please join us for Family Day!
