The Columbus Urban League’s Empower U informs at-risk people on how to prevent relapses and rely on constructive alternative activities to deal with stress and anger and improve overall health and wellness.

During our Spring Open House, from Noon to 1:30 on April 6th, potential partners will have the opportunity to learn more about Empower U, experience a sample session, and network with prevention-minded professionals!
