In addition to full or part-time employees, we work every day to help our young people gather the skills they need for success and are always looking for partner employers for our WRT University Career & CULture Experience. These partners would host CUL-trained interns between the ages of 16-19 for up to 30 hours per week (primarily in the summer), with wages paid to the youth by CUL. If your organization is unable to host interns, we are always on the lookout for partner employers to help our young people explore career fields and options through a number of virtual and/or in-person opportunities.
