  • Free Preschool Program for children ages 3 to 5 years old residing south of I-70 in Franklin County.
  • Full-Day, Part-Day, Home Based and Childcare Partnership options available.
  • Education, Social Services, Health, Nutrition, Mental Health, and Disabilities Services.
  • Strong emphasis on Parent Involvement.

Head Start Services Provide
  • Comprehensive services for children who exhibit Disabilities and Mental Health concerns. Including education, information and support for parents and caretakers.
  • Utilization of a nationally recognized preschool curriculum to foster social/ emotional, physical, cognitive and language development of young children.
  • Family Support Services including goal development and referral services to community agencies.
  • Comprehensive Health and Nutrition services that ensure basic health needs are met and help children, families and staff participate in healthy lifestyles to prevent future illnesses.
