Serving Families Residing South of I 70

Children must be 3 to 5 years old and not eligible for Kindergarten in their school district.
Families must be residing south of I70 in Franklin County.
To enroll, families must submit a completed enrollment application along with: |
- Proof of Income
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- Child’s Health Insurance Card
- Current Immunization record
- Current Physical
- Title XX eligibility ( if applying for full-day Head Start)
- Proof of custody ( if applicable)

Full Day – 6:30 p.m. through 5:30 p.m. [Title XX required / FCDJFS co-pay required]
Part Day – 3 ½ hours a day [Four days per week / A.M. and P.M. classes]
Home Based – Head Start in your home [One visit per week in the home / Monthly center classes]
Head Start services are offered in many daycare centers in your neighborhood. Ask your daycare provider if they are part of the Columbus Urban League Head Start Collaboration.
